There are lots of fun activities, free events and platforms we'd like to rave about in this post. The majority of them are London based, however we've also included a few online recommendations for you too. We hope you like them!

FREE EVENT - We loved visiting Battersea Power Station a few weeks ago to take a look at the amazing Light Festival. It's free to roam around and take photographs...but be quick, it ends on 27th February. Click the image to find out more.

FOOD - We went to the restaurant in Marylebone the other night and the food was amazing. We're desperate to go back already. Give the egg hopper a go, or just try everything on the menu!

WORKSHOPS - We can't wait to attend one of PIVOT's workshops next month. They are hosting a number of great jewellery making workshops around London.

FREE EVENT - Saturday 19th March. Save the date for our next market at House of Vans in Waterloo, and also online via our website. Click the image to sign up for free via Eventbrite.

POP UP - Our friends at Circla are hosting a Pop-Up on Portobello Road from 7th-12th March. 'Precious Waste' is dedicated to brands who are leading the way in the fight against waste.

FOOD - If you're a fan of tapas and cocktails, Dehesa near Carnaby Street is just what you need. It has some really fantastic veggie options too, and the staff are lovely.

WORKSHOPS - Why not immerse yourself in a creative, mindful activity with Laura from Gooseglitters? Laura hosted a workshop with us in November which was such a fab evening.

CAR BOOT - One of our favourite car boot sales, which we've been visiting for years, is Capital Car Boot in Pimlico. We're big fans of reusing, recycling and reinventing things to give them a new life.

ART FAIR - We try to go to the Affordable Art Fair in Battersea Park each year as we love discovering all of the incredible art on show. The fair is open to the public from 10-13th March.

INDEPENDENT SHOP - A hidden gem near Dalston and Hackney, DIY Art Shop houses many quirky ceramics, prints, t-shirts and accessories from a talented bunch of designer makers.

WORKSHOP - Hosted by the amazingly talented Lauren Marina on Wednesday 23rd February at 4pm GMT. Tickets are $10 and can be booked through Brooklyn Art Library.

PODCAST - The #JustBloodyPostIt Podcast by Helen Perry. A show for creative own-bosses who are promoting their brilliant businesses on the internet. Give it a try on Spotify.

NEWSLETTER - It's definitely worth signing up to Cheapskate London's weekly newsletter. Your guide to the best free in-person & virtual events.
